By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:

1. My commissions can only be used for personal use, and cannot be printed, sold, or used as branding without my permission.

If you would like to commission me for art that you can use for commercial projects, let me know! I will give you a quote. Commercial use commissions will be more expensive!

2. I reserve the right to turn down any commission for any reason.

3. Feel free to tip me in the initial payment, or afterwards at my Ko-fi! Any tips are extremely appreciated!

However, if you ever want to message me about the status of your commission, feel free! I am always happy to answer.

6. You are allowed to ask for a full refund as long as I have not started on your commission!

If I have already started on your commission, you will be refunded the cost of what hasn't been completed yet, and given the unfinished project!
Example:
If you ask for a Rough Illustration and want a refund after I finished the lines, I would give you the lines and half the commission price back.

7. I do not offer refunds on completed commissions.

If you are unsatisfied with how your commission turns out, please let me know! I am willing to make changes to it! Extensive edits may cost extra.

8. It is your responsibility to save and backup your commission files once they are completed and sent to you.

Although I don't clean out files too often, I do occasionally do so. Feel free to ask for it again later down the line, but I may or may not still have it.

9. I will not draw any NFTs. You are not allowed to use any part of my art as a non-fungible token or on any form of blockchain technology.

10. You cannot pay for commissions using cryptocurrency.

11. If you would like me to keep your commission private, or you would like to set a deadline for your commission please let me know before you pay me.

13. You cannot claim that any artwork I have done was made by you. Please credit my website if you repost it.

13. I hold the right to stream or use your commission for self-promotion unless we agreed that I will not before you pay me. If you'd like it to stay private, let me know when you first send me your request.

Commission Process:

  • First, you send me your commission idea.

  • I okay it and send you an invoice.

  • Once I have received the payment, I work on the sketch

  • I send you the work-in-progress sketch and you can ask for changes. Once you approve this stage, extra changes later on to the pose will require a fee.

  • I will then either line, or clean up the commission depending on your order. Making changes to any small details is free at this stage(expression, accessories, etc.), but major changes will require a fee.

  • Next, I will finish the commission. You can request color adjustments at this point. Any other changes to the completed commission will require a fee.

  • After that, I will send you the files for the commission! Make sure to save and backup them!

What I won't draw:

I will not draw commissions featuring the following subjects.1. Sex or Nudity
2. Extreme Gore (Minor gore is fine, feel free to inquire!)
3. Noticeable and/or extreme fetish content.
4. Pedophilia or any content that is sexual in nature featuring a minor or small character.
5. Racist, Sexist, Anti-Semitic, Homophobic, or otherwise hateful subjects.
